All Participants, who are interested in delivering a talk at the 15th International ISAAC Congress, are kindly requested to follow the following instructions for preparation of their abstracts:

ABSTRACT FORMAT

Format: LaTeX for optimal presentation.
Word Limit: A maximum word count of 150 words. A standard 10pt LaTeX article style is recommended for word count accuracy.
Packages: Use only standard commands provided by \amsfonts and \amssymb packages. This ensures compatibility and avoids errors.
Citations & Visuals: There should be no references and no drawings, labels or footnotes.
Language: English only

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Submission: Abstracts should be sent to the email address of your session’s organizers.
Template: Strictly follow to the template provided on the webpage. Please avoid modifications or introducing additional commands to ensure formatting consistency.
Multiple Presentations: If you desire to present a second talk, please discuss this initially with both the local and session organizers. If approved, an additional registration fee of 50 euros will apply.

Closing date for submissions: May 16th, 2025

Notification of decisions: May 30th, 2025
