Registration Fees
The registration fees for the event are structured as follows:

The registration fee covers all the usual expenses related to the conference, including conference materials, schedules of talks, and coffee breaks.

PAYMENTS

All payments have to be made in Tenge (KZT). The following payment methods are available:

  • Credit Card Online: you will be redirected to a secure page. VISA and Mastercard are accepted. Payments should be made to: https://payments.nu.edu.kz/isaac_2025.
  • Payment on-site: Cash (Tenge) or credit card (VISA and Mastercard) are accepted.
DEADLINES

In order to ensure your participation in the event, please take note of the following important deadlines:

  • Plenary lecturers and thematic session lecturers should submit or update their title and abstract through the registration form no later than May 31, 2025.
  • Acceptance notifications for Contributed Lectures will be sent out by June 5, 2025.
  • The deadline to provide booking information is June 23, 2025.
VISAS

Please note that your registration will only be considered complete once the registration fee has been paid in full. Additionally, if you require an Invitation Letter for visa purposes, please be aware that the local organizers of 15th ISAAC Congress will not issue such letters to participants who have not completed their registration by paying the registration fee in full.

CANCELLATION

No refunds will be granted for cancellation.
The local organizers of the 15th ISAAC Congress will not assume responsibility for any financial losses incurred by participants, including, but not limited to, charges from airline cancellations or hotel reservation deposits.
