Abstract Submission

  • Submission: Abstracts should be sent to the email address of your session’s organizers.
  • Notification of early decisions: May 2nd , 2025
  • Closing date for submissions: May 16th, 2025
  • Notification of decisions: May 30th, 2025

Letter of Invitation

  • If you need a formal letter of invitation in order to apply for a visa and/or financial support, please contact the session organizers.
  • If you require an official invitation letter for visa support, please complete the following form (link) no later than June 15 (inclusive) and send a scan copy of your passport to our email.

Travel Grants for Young Mathematicians

  • Grants will be awarded to qualified mathematicians, selected based on their submitted applications.
  • Each successful applicant will receive financial support to cover travel costs and per diem of up to 500 USD.
  • Registration fees will be covered by ISAAC. Accommodation will be provided by the local organizers.
